Timeshares have the potential to provide amazing unforgetable vacation experiences. However, they also have a serious potential to cause financial woes for those who own them. When timeshare maintenance fees increase or an unexpected special assessment is received timeshare owners are often unprepared for the changes. This has caused many owners to search for a way to sell their timeshares.
Unfortunately this reaction by timeshare owners has cause the timeshare resale market to become over populated with seller and not nearly enough buyers. And timeshare scammers have taken advantage of this marketplace. They know that timeshare owners and resort members have a strong desire to get out and they use this to take advantage of them by promising to have a buyer ready and waiting when in fact there is no one waiting to buy their timeshare.
Resort Management Association wants to prevent timeshare owners and resort members from being scammed. Why try to sell your timeshare in a market that has no demand when all you really want to do is eliminate your timeshare maintenance fees. Let Resort Management Association help you by effectively eliminating any and all timeshare related financial obligations!
My timeshare has causeed me a lot of stress over the years. Im a member of Wyndham and they have raised my maitinence fees every year! I rarely ever use it now. I feel embarrased for even buying this stupid thing in the first place. I've been scammed trying to sell it twice now. Does resort management association actually have a process that can help me?
ReplyDeleteI was in a situation like yours but I went and talked to somebody from Resort Members Association when they were in my area (Detroit). They walked me through a fairly simple process to end my timeshare obligation. I realized that the timeshare I bought was costing me more money anually to keep than I was willing to spend. It was a tough pill to swollow however.
DeleteIm so glad i signed up with RMA when I did. I didnt have to pay last years maintenance fees because of their services. Thanks Resort Management Association!
DeleteStay away from timeshare re-sale scams! I was taken for hundred of dollars by a company that promised to sell my timeshare. I wish I had signed my up Resort Management Association first, I could have saved a lot of money!
ReplyDeleteI met with Resort Management Association last month, they were very straightforward and honest about how they could get rid of my timeshare for me. I really appreciated that since for the most part I only ever get calls from people about selling my timeshare and if I ask to pay commission on the sale they hang up on me!
ReplyDeleteRMA Timeshare really helped me out and eliminated my maintenance fees. I am so happy i decided to go through with their service!
DeleteFind my way out of the timeshare trap was an absolute nightmare until I met with the people at Resort Management Association! They explained to me exactly how I would get rid of my timeshare completely! Thank you so much RMA!
ReplyDeleteIt has been nearly 5 years since I have visited my timeshare, the first 4 years I still paid close to a thousand dollars for the maintenance fees and another thousand for a special assessment one of the years. Thankfully I responded to a letter from what turned out to be Resort Management Association or RMA timeshare I think, and they got me out, this year I did not have to pay my resort a thing! Everything will be out of my name soon!
ReplyDeleteI have been contacted by several of these companies that all claim to be able to provide me with a timeshare exit solution. I am not sure exactly how they do it but the most recent one is Resort Management Association and these guys seem very confident that they can eliminate my timeshare maintenance fees, which would be amazing. . .
ReplyDeleteI'm still waiting for RMA to complete my sale!!!! It's been over a year. It's also very difficult to talk with someone. You leave a message and they do not retrun your phone call. Not happy with how this was all presented. Too good to be true!!
